The Piney Valley Golf Course is located on the east side of Fort Leonard Wood, just off Water Intake Road on FLW 20. It is a beautiful 18-hole championship facility nestled in the valley of the Big Piney River, with a driving range, pro shop and golf carts. The Sandwedge Eatery snack bar, located in the club house, features daily lunch specials and outdoor dining with a view of the golf course. Piney Valley offers a challenge to all skill levels with its undulating terrain and medium well-trapped bentgrass greens. Piney Valley Golf Course hours vary by season, weather permitting. Another feature unique to Pulaski County is the Roubidoux Spring nestled below the bluff in Laughlin Park, Waynesville, Missouri. Located below the spring is a cave and is a popular site for cave diving. The average flow is 37 million gallons per day. Roubidoux Spring is one of the few places in the state where scuba spring diving is routinely allowed to QUALIFIED and certified cavern or cave divers. ALL DIVERS must register at the Waynesville Police Department for permission before entering the spring.
